About this web site:
Who benefits from The Diversity University?
We all do!
This site is a celebration of the difference that we each make in this world--by being different!
If you are a communication studies student or are interested in cultural diversity--you are in the right place!
I have done research in the discipline of cultural diversity, so I will post it for you to see on the following pages! If there is something in particular that you are interested in, drop me an Email.

I became interested in the study of various cultures as a result of the prejudice that I had been exposed to as a child, and still observe every day at work (look at my paper on 'racism in the restaurant industry')and in society. The time has come for all people to shed their coats of ignorance and embrace the sword of justice--RACISM & PREJUDICE CLOUDS THE BEAUTY OF A MULTI-CULTURAL WORLD.

How to navigate through this virtual campus:
The next page is about your tour guide, Scott.
The 'Links' page will take you to various interesting places.
The 'Message board' will have cool info and events in the Sacramento area.
The sections on 'Managing Diversity', 'Internet and Culture', and 'Internet and Economics' are some of the recent research I have done in the field of cultural diversity--as you can see, I also have an interest in how the Internet affects our world! In addition, there are some other interesting articles, essays, etc. that I have posted in the "other papers" pages.
I have also listed all of my research on the 'Sources Cited' page--it is a bibliography for anyone interested in a heuristic adventure of their own!
HAVE FUN, AND CHECK OUT THE GUEST BOOK ON THE LAST PAGE SO I CAN GET YOUR INPUT & IDEAS!!

ABOUT THE RESEARCH LISTED ON THIS SITE:
All of the material listed on this site is copyright protected--if I didn't write it, the source who did is listed. However, in the spirit of cooperation and sharing, I will allow anyone to use this research to promote a more diverse, harmonic world. Just remember, if you write a paper and don't cite the source, it's plagiarism, and that's not good!

NOTE: various styles of documentation have been used here, as most of these papers and essays were originally assignments, and different professors have different preferences. I have used MLA, APA, and Chicago styles on this site. In addition, I have also taken some liberties regarding the use of quotation marks, since this website is not capable of italicizing or underlining text, making it necessary to be creative, yet not completely in line with the methods of documentation.
